Peninsula Sports Ministry

Welcome to Peninsula Sports! Our sports leagues focus on teaching children about Jesus Christ and the fundamentals of the game in a Christ-like environment. These sports leagues promote:

• Equal playing time for every participant
• One hour practice each week
• One game each week

Participants learn scripture verses and are encouraged to memorize it every week. At the end of the season, each participant is given an award for their participation and to remind them of the fun they have had that season.

In each sports league, Peninsula Baptist Church members serve as Head Coach. We welcome non-members to serve in various capacities such as Assistant Coach, Referee, or as a Team Parent. We offer various camps during the summer (check our childrens page for camps offered) and Upward Basketball in the Winter.
